QHow do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings › Manage Subscription in your device's app store (App Store or Google Play). Apple and Google manage all subscription payments and cancellations.

QWhy can't I see all features?

Some features require a Pro or Business subscription. You can upgrade from the Subscription screen inside the app. Free users can still perform limited product searches.

QHow is the product score calculated?

Our proprietary algorithm evaluates 6 weighted criteria: demand (BSR trend), competition (number of sellers), profitability (margin estimate), stability (price history), logistics (weight/size), and opportunity (niche gap). Each product receives a composite score from 0–100.

QHow often is product data updated?

Product data is refreshed daily through our batch scanning system connected to Amazon's product APIs. Real-time data is available for Pro and Business subscribers.

QWhich Amazon marketplaces are supported?

Currently Amazon.com (United States) and Amazon.de (Germany). Additional marketplaces are on our roadmap.

QCan I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can use the app on any device signed in with the same account.

QIs my data secure?

Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
